Recipe - Tater Dipped Veggies

1 cup Instant potato flakes
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
One half teaspoon Celery salt
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth cup Butter or margarine, melted
and cooled
2 Eggs
5 cup Veggies, raw, bite size
Prepared ranch salad
dressing or dip, opt.
In a small bowl, combine potatoe flakes, cheese, celery salt, garlic and
butter. In another bowl, beat eggs. Dip veggies, one at a time, into egg,
then in potato mixture coat well. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 400F for 2025 minutes. Serves 68. Serve with dressing or dip, if
desired.
