6 ounce Ground premium beef; very
finely ground
1 Egg yolk
1 Finely chopped small onion
Lettuce & cut or sliced up pickle
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix beef, egg yolk, onion, salt & pepper. Serve on lettuce topped with
pickle. Very good on buttered Swedish rye bread with a beer. Variation: Add
cayenne pepper, paprika & 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. (Frau
