Recipe - Tasty Tahini Dressing

One fourth cup Tahini;
6 tablespoon Water;
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice;
ds Red (cayenne) pepper;
Tahini, also called sesame paste, is available natural food stores.
This is nice on fish, poultry, tofu, omelets or salads.
Blend all ingredients together with wire whisk. Makes about One half cup.
