Recipe - Tasty Orange Roughy

1 pound Orange Roughy Fillets
1 pack Chicken Bouillon powder
2 tablespoon Margarine or butter
One half Whole Lemon juiced
1 teaspoon Paprika
Black Pepper to taste
Parsley Sprigs to
Garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly butter cookie sheet. Rinse fillets, and dry completely. Place
singlelayered on cookie sheet.
On each fillet in this order put: Lemon juice, powdered bouillon,
black pepper, paprika, then bits of butter or margarine.
Bake until fish flakes lightly, and is slightly golden on top. Place fish
on serving plate, and pour pan juice over all.
May be garnished with parsley sprigs, and thinly cut or sliced up lemon, if desired.
