Recipe - Tart Vegetable Stuffing For Fish

Three fourths cup Ground carrots
Three fourths cup Ground onions
One half cup Chopped celery
2 cup Soft bread crumbs
One fourth cup Melted butter
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Mix all ingredients well. Use as stuffing for any large fish or with fish
steaks. This dressing is especially good with salmon.
