Recipe - Tart Shells

1 1/3 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Shortening
3 (up to)
4 tablespoon Iced water

Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Blend in shortening. Add water 1 Tbs at a
time until dough begins to hold together. Gather into a ball and shape
into a flattened round on a floured board. Roll out and cut into circles
about 1" larger than tart pans. Place dough in pans, trim edges and prick
bottoms thoroughly. Bake at 475 degs F. for 810 mins. When cool remove
from pans and fill with your favourite fillings.
