Recipe - Tarragon Tartar Sauce

Ingredients:
Tarragon Tartar Sauce recipe makes 1 Servings
1 cup Mayonnaise
4 Anchovy fillets
One fourth cup Tarragon vinegar
4 tablespoon Tarragon leaves
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoon Small gherkin pickles
2 tablespoon Capers
One fourth cup Parsley leaves
3 tablespoon Chopped chives
Salt and pepper; to taste
Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until
creamy and well processed. Refrigerate until ready to use.
