Recipe - Tarragon Roast Chicken

2 One half 3 pound chicken
1 Clove garlic, cut in half
Kitchen Bouquet
Salt and pepper, to taste
Tarragon, to taste
Tarragon Sauce, (see sauces)
Hot rice for 4
Rub cut garlic clove on all sides of chicken. Rub lightly with Kitchen
Bouquet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and tarragon to taste. Place in open
Microwave dish, breastside down. Microwave on High for 7 minutes. Turn
dish One half turn. Microwave on High for 7 minutes longer. Let stand for 10
minutes while making Tarragon Sauce. Serve sauce over meat with rice. MC
