1 cup Salad oil
4 tablespoon Wine vinegar
2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Fresh or dried tarragon
Combine all ingredients in a small jar. Shake well, then refrigerate for
several hours. Dressing will keep in refrigerator for months. Yield:
11/8 cups.
