Recipe - Tapioca Thai Style

Ingredients:
Tapioca Thai Style recipe makes 1 Servings
1/3 cup Tapioca, quick
3 cup Water
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 ds Salt
1 cup Coconut milk
Bring water to a boil in a 2quart saucepan. Stir in sugar and salt. Add
tapioca and return to a boil. Stir in coconut milk. Reduce heat to low.
Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Cook for 30 minutes or until
thickened. Serve warm or cold. If serving cold, place in individual bowls
while still warm.
