Ingredients:

2 cup Uncooked noodles (about 4
ounces)
2 cup Coarsely chopped zucchini
(about 2 medium)
One half cup Sliced celery (about I
medium stalk) '
One fourth cup Sliced ripe olives
1 cn (4 One fourth ounces) tiny shrimp,
rinsed and drained
Horseradish Dressing
(below)
Salad greens
Cook noodles as directed on package;drain. Mix all ingredients except salad
greens Refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours. Spoon onto
salad greens.
4 servings.
