1 One half cup Diced unpeeled red apples
1 One half cup Diced peeled cucumbers
One half teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
One fourth cup Pineapple or lemon juice
1/3 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
One fourth cup Pecan pieces
Lettuce pieces or shredded

Season the apples and cucumbers with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with
the pineapple or lemon juice. Add the Mayonnaise or salad dressing and
pecans and toss together with lettuce
