Recipe - Tangy Mustard Cauliflower

1 Head cauliflower
One half cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
One half cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Cook cauliflower and drain. Combine sour cream with onion and mustard.
Spread on hot cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand in
saucepan until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Serve whole, right side up in
serving dish.
