Recipe - Tangy Maple Glazed Ham

16 ounce Cranberry sauce; canned
1 One half cup Maple syrup
2 teaspoon Mustard
1 Ham
Whole cloves
Recipe by: Wisconsin Maple Producers Council Aniwa, WI. 54408 Place ham,
fat side up, in a shallow roasting pan. Score fat in diamond pattern; stud
with cloves. Insert meat thermometer. Bake in 325 F oven for 2 One half to 3
hours or until meat thermometer registers 130 F.
In saucepan stir together cranberry sauce, maple syrup and mustard; simmer
uncovered for 5 minutes. During last 30 minutes baking time for ham, spoon
half of glaze over. Use remainider as a sauce. Makes 2
2/3 cups sauce.
