Recipe - Tangy Lemon Icing

3 One fourth cup Confectioners' sugar
1 Egg white
1/8 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Melted butter
One half teaspoon Grated lemon rind
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Yellow food coloring
Blend half of sugar, egg white, salt, melted butter & lemon rind in
large bowl. Add 1 Tbls. lemon juice. Blend remaining sugar into
mixture gradually. Stir in enough lemon juice to reach desired
consistency. Tint.
