Recipe - Tangy Honey French Dressing

Three fourths cup Salad oil
One fourth cup Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
Three fourths teaspoon Salt to taste
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth teaspoon Paprika
One fourth teaspoon Dry mustard
One fourth teaspoon Lemon zest
One half cup Honey
One half teaspoon Celery seed optional
1 Garlic clove optional
Place all ingredients into a screwtype jar. Shake vigorously. If using the
garlic: cut clove in half, add to dressing and chill for 12 hours or more
before using. Remove garlic clove before serving.
This makes about 1One fourth cup dressing.
