Recipe - Tangy Glazed Meatloaf

1 pound Turkey, ground lean
1 pn Salt
One fourth cup Bread crumbs
1 pn Pepper
1/3 cup Milk
One half teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1 Onion, chopped small
2 tablespoon Catsup
GLAZE
3 tablespoon Sugar brown
1 teaspoon Mustard dry OR A1
Poultry
One fourth cup Catsup
Sauce
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add turkey, egg, onion, seasonings
and catsup. Mix well and pat into a small meatloaf pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 40 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf.
Bake 20 additional minutes.
