Recipe - Tangy Gelatin Salad

1 pack (3oz) lemon or
limeflavored gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
1 pound Cottage cheese; sieved
1 cn (20oz) crushed pineapple
One half cup Chopped nuts
1 teaspoon Horseradish
1 cup Whipped cream
Green pepper or pimiento;
chopped (optional)
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Add sieved cottage cheese and
other ingredients. Spoon into 6cup mold and chill in refrigerator until
firm. Yield: 6 servings.
