Recipe - Tangy Chicken Salad

1 cup Pineapple, chunks, drained
2 cup Chicken or turkey, chopped
Three fourths cup Grapes, red, halved
One half cup Celery, cut or sliced up
One half cup Yogurt, plain
One half teaspoon Curry powder
1/3 cup Oats, uncooked
1/3 cup Peanuts, dry roasted
Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats and peanuts. Add
those immediately before serving and mix. Makes 4 servings at 275 calories
each.
