Tangy Blue Cheese Dip recipe makes 4 Servings
One half cup Blue Cheese; Crumbled
1 One half cup Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Garlic; Minced
2 tablespoon Fresh Chives; Finely Chopped
2 teaspoon Dried Chives; Crumbled, *
1/8 teaspoon Hot Sauce
* Use the dried chives if the fresh is not available, otherwise omit.

Blend the blue cheese and sour cream thoroughly. Add all the other
ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 cups of dip.
