Recipe - Tangerine Salsa (Great Citrus)

4 lg Tangerines; peeled, seeded
and cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon Minced gingerroot
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Minced green onion
1 tablespoon Lime juice
One half tablespoon Scotch Bonnet; seeded and
chopped, (habanaro pepper)
In a stainless steel bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and
refrigerate for 1 hour before use. Makes 8 1/4cup servings.
