Ingredients:
Tamarind Chutney recipe makes 9 Servings
One half cup Tamarind pulp; seeds
removed, (if preserved,
soak in warm water for 1/2
hour before using
1 tablespoon Finely chopped fresh ginger
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
3 tablespoon Water
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne
Combine ingredients in the blender and blend to a fine paste.
