Recipe - Tamale Perfection

One fourth pound Bulk pork sausage
1 One half tablespoon Cold water
1 pound Ground beef
1 cup Onion, chopped
One half cup Celery, chopped
1/3 cup Chopped green pepper
2 One fourth cup Tomatoes, canned
1 One fourth cup Whole kernel corn, frozen
2 teaspoon Chili powder
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Cold water
One half cup Yellow corn meal
1 cup Black olives (optional)
Three fourths cup Cheddar cheese; grated
Cook sausage, Add ground beef, cook and pour off fat. Add ingredients
through pepper. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Mix together and
gradually add to skillet, stirring constantly, 1 c. cold
water and corn meal. Stir until thickened. Pour into casserole. Bake 350
degrees about 1 hour.
Sprinkle Three fourths c. grated cheese over top and return to oven appx. 5 min.
