1 pound Honey
2 cup Farfel
2 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Ginger
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
Chopped walnuts
Bring honey, sugar, lemon juice, ginger and cinnamon to boil. Cook 15
minutes (soft ball). Add farfel, cook 5 10 minutes longer. Add nuts. Cook
5 minutes more. Pat cold water on board. Flatten to 1/4" thick. Let cool.
Cut into 1" squares.
