Recipe - Tahini-Lemon Sauce

1 One half cup Buttermilk or yogurt
1 md Clove garlic crushed
One half cup Lemon juice
One fourth cup Finely minced scallions
One fourth cup Finely minced parsley
One half teaspoon Ground cumin (more to
Taste)
Dash or two of tamari (mild
Soy sauce)
Salt to taste
Dash or two of cayenne and
Paprika
