Recipe - Tagine Of Swis Chard

12 cup Swiss chard, finely chopped
1 cup Onion, chopped
One half cup Cilantro, chopped
One half cup Salad oil
1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
Salt & pepper
One fourth cup Raw rice
Place chard in the casserole with the onion, cilantro, oil, paprika, salt,
pepper & One fourth cup water. Cook, covered, 30 minutes. Add the rice & continue
cooking until all the liquid has been evaporated, about 20 minutes. Serve
warm.
