Recipe - Taco Twist Casserole

1 pound Ground beef
1 pack Taco seasoning mix
1 cn Tomato sauce; (15 oz.)
One fourth cup Chopped green bell pepper;
(optional)
3 cup Corkscrew macaroni; cooked
and drained
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
One half cup Sour cream
Brown meat; drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine cooked pasta, One half cup cheese
and sour cream and place on bottom of baking dish. Top with meat mixture
and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
