Recipe - Taco Bean Salad

3 cup Red beans (already cooked)
One half cup Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Chili powder
One half teaspoon Tabasco
1 cn (15oz) tomato sauce
1 cn (15oz) corn; drained
2 cup Shredded non fat cheese
2 cup Fat free baking mix
One half cup Fat free mayo
1 cup Nonfat milk
One half cup Egg substitute

Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion, add beans (you may want to use more than
3 cup beans), salt, chili powder, tabasco, tomato sauce, and corn. Pour into
Pam sprayed 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Put baking mix in bowl, cut
in fat free mayo, stir in 1/2c egg substitute, and milk. Spread over bean
mixture. Bake 35 min or until browned nicely. Serves great with lettuce,
tomatoe, and fat free sour cream.
