Recipe - Taco Bake

1 pound Lean ground meat
1 md Onion, chopped
1 Envelope taco seasoning mix
1 cn (16 oz) tomato sauce
1 cn (16 oz) whole kernel corn,
drained
2 cup Cheddar or process American
cheese, shredded
2 cup Biscuit mix
1 cup Milk
2 lg Eggs

Heat oven to 325 degrees, and grease a rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches Cook
ground beef and onion in 1 inch skillet, stirring frequently, until beef
is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Spoon
into pan; sprinkle with cheese. Mix remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour over beef mixture. Bake about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in
center comes out clean.Cool 10 minutes before cutting, Serve with sour
cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired.
