Recipe - Tabuli Salad

Ingredients:

1 One half Bunches parsley chopped fine
1 pound Cracked wheat; medium or
fine
1 cup Fresh mint leaves
1 One half Bunches green onions
3 lg Tomatoes; chopped
3 lg Lemons; juice of
2 tablespoon Salad oil
One fourth cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
Salt to taste

Clean, wash & chop vegetables. Wash & soak wheat for 10 minutes. Squeeze
water from wheat. Add all vegetables, oils, lemon juice, sugar & salt. Mix
well. This recipe is better if prepared a day in advance so flavors can
melt together.
