Recipe - Szechuan Broccoli

1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Rice or cider vinegar
One half teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
One fourth teaspoon Crushed red pepper; (up to
1/2)
One half teaspoon Peeled; minced ginger
2 Cloves garlic; minced
5 cup Coarsely chopped broccol
Combine soy sauce, rice vineger, and sugar in a small bowl; set aside. Heat
a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add sesame seeds; cook 1 minute or
until browned. Remove seeds, and set aside.
Add oil and next 3 ingredients to skillet; stirfry 30 seconds. Add
broccoli; stirfry 1 minute. Add soy sauce mixture; stir well. Cover and
cook 2 minutes or until broccoli is crisptender. Sprinkle with sesame
seeds.
