Recipe - Swiss N Chicken Casserole

4 cup Cooked chicken; chopped
2 cup Natural swiss cheese; shred
2 cup Croutons
2 cup Celery; cut or sliced up
1 cup Miracle whip or light
One half cup Milk
One fourth cup Onion; chopped
Chopped walnuts; optional
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 2quart
casserole. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired. Bake 40 minutes or
until thoroughly heated. To make ahead: prepare as directed except do not
top with walnuts and do not bake; cover. Refrigerate overnight. When ready
to serve, microwave on high 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning
dish after 10 minutes. Top with toasted walnuts if desired. Source: Kraft
