Recipe - Swiss Vegetable Medley

16 ounce Frozen veg (broccoli, carrot
Cauliflower)
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup or
Celery
4 ounce Swiss cheese shredded
1/3 cup Sour cream
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 cn French fried onions
Thaw and drain vegetables. Combine vegetables, soup, One half cup cheese, sour
cream, pepper, and One half can of onions. Pour into a 1quart casserole. Bake,
covered, in 350 F oven for 30 minutes. Uncover; top with remaining cheese
and onions. Bake 5 minutes more.
