Recipe - Swiss Style Oats

3 cup Water
1 cup Mixed dried fruit, chopped
1 teaspoon Sea salt (optional)
1 1/3 cup AM Oat Flakes (rolled oats)
2 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon AM Wheat Germ
One fourth cup Slivered almonds, toasted
Bring water to a boil; stir in fruit, salt, and honey. Bring to boil
again. Add oats; stir; lower heat to simmer. Cover and simmer 15 minutes
(stir before serving). Sprinkle each serving with 1One half teaspoon wheat
germ and 1 tablespoon almonds. Serve with milk.
