Recipe - Swiss Steak For The Crock-Pot

One fourth cup Seasoned flour
1 One half pound Round steak
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cn Zesty tomato soup
One fourth cup Sliced onions
1 cn Stewed tomatoes
Pound flour into steak. Cut into serving size pieces (I cut into very small
pieces sometimes). Brown in skillet. Put in crockpot and add remaining
ingredients. Cover. Cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 10 to 12 hours on low.
Serve with cooked rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
