Recipe - Swiss Steak

2 pound Round Or Chuck Steak
One half cup Flour
2 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoon Oil
1 small Chopped Onion
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Pound thoroughly into steak with meat pounder
or edge of saucer. Brown the meat and onion in hot oil. Cover; cook over
low heat, or bake in a 350øF oven until tender, about 1One half hours or more.
