Recipe - Swiss Spaghetti Casserole

3 ounce Spaghetti squash
3 ounce Swiss chard
3 ounce Onion; chopped
3 ounce Green pepper; chopped
1 One half ounce Almonds; blanched, chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic; minced
2 teaspoon Thyme
One half teaspoon Salt
Sesame oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking pan with sesame
o8il. Cut squash in half, remove the seeds and discard them.Place the
squash in a baking pan cut side down, with 1/3 inch water. Bake for 40
mintues. Then lwoer oven to 375 degrees. When squash is cool enough to
handle,cut into 1/2inch cubes. Stamswiss chard for 6 minutes. Combine all
ingredients in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
