Recipe - Swiss Spaghetti

1 pound Ground beef
2 cup Tomatoes, canned
4 tablespoon Butter
1 Onion, medium chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
Three fourths pound Swiss cheese, cubed
1 pound Spaghetti, cooked
One half cup Swiss cheese, grated
In saucepan melt butter and saute' onion and green pepper, about 5 minutes.
Add beef and cook over high heat until brown. Add tomatoes, salt and
pepper. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Add cubed cheese and cook 5 minutes. Add
spaghetti and toss. Serve with grated cheese.
