Recipe - Swiss Potato Casserole

1 Pkg.; (2lb) frozen
southernstyle hash brown
potatoes
8 ounce Shredded Swiss cheese
One fourth cup Margarine or butter
3 tablespoon Pillsbury Best All Purpose
Flour
3 cup Milk
1 Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. onion powder
One half Tsp. white pepper
One half teaspoon Nutmeg

Heat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 in. (3 qrt.) baking dish with nonstick cooking
spray. In sprayed baking dish, combine potatoes and cheese, toss to mix
Melt margarine/butter in a large saucepan. Stir in flour; cook over medium
heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, stirring
constantly. Add salt, onion powder, pepper and nutmeg; mix well. Cook and
stir until mixture comes to a boil. Pour over potato mixture.
Bake at 350F for 5565 minutes or until mixture is set and top is lightly
browned.
