Recipe - Swiss Mix Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1 One half cup Shredded Swiss cheese
1 One half cup Shredded carrots
One half cup Chopped nuts
1/3 cup Raisins
Mayonnaise or salad dressing
12 sl Wholewheat or white bread

Combine cheese, carrots, nuts, raisins & enough mayonnaise to moisten. Mix
lightly. For each sandwich, spread 2 bread slices with mayonnaise & fill
with cheese mixture. Makes 6 sandwiches.
