Recipe - Swiss Egg Cakes

One fourth cup Flour wholewheat
1 cup Milk nonfat (skim)
One fourth cup Milk,noninstant skim*
4 Eggs
One fourth cup Soy powder
One fourth cup Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Oil sesame
1 1/3 teaspoon Sugar substitute
Preparation Time: 0:15 1. Mix together flour, powdered milk, soy powder,
salt, and sugar substitute. 2. Add skim milk, swiss cheese and eggs and
beat well. 3. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in large skillet and pour in One fourth cup
of batter. Saute on both sides until browned. 4. Use remaining batter the
same way.
