Recipe - Swiss Breakfast Parfait

1 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked
(quick or oldfashioned)
16 ounce Vanilla yogurt
nonfat or lowfat
8 ounce Crushed pineapple in juice
undrained
2 tablespoon Sliced almonds (optional)
2 cup Sliced strawberries
fresh or frozen
In medium bowl, combine oats, yogurt, pineapple and almonds; mix well.
Cover, refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days. To serve, layer oat mixture
and strawberries in 4 parfait glasses. Garnish with additional
strawberries, if desired. Serve chilled.
