1 Orange pepper
2 tablespoon Caster sugar
Seeds from half a vanilla
pod
2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
50 g Pitted black olives
1 Heat the oil in a small pan. Remove the centre from the pepper and slice
into strips. Fry the pepper for 12 minutes.
2 Add the sugar and vanilla seeds and allow to caramelise for 34 minutes.
Add the balsamic vinegar and olives and heat through for 23 minutes.
