Ingredients:
Sweet And Sour Jerky Marinade recipe makes 4 Servings
One half cup Red wine vinegar
One half cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth cup Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Ground ginger
3 pound Lean meat, cut in strips
Three fourths cup Pineapple juice
Mix ingredients. Marinate in the refrigerator for at leadt 6 hours before
drying.
