3 cup Chopped sweet cherries
3 cup Crushed gooseberries
3 cup Crushed red currants
2 One half cup Crushed raspberries
7 cup Sugar
Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 60mn Combine
fruits, bring to boil and cook 15 minutes. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
Bring mixture to boil. Boil, uncovered to jam stage (104C), about 15
minutes. When jam stage is reached, remove from heat. Stir and skim 5
minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars, seal, process in boiling water
bath 10 minutes. Makes about 10 8oz jars. Source: Canadian Living
