Recipe - Stuffed Pizza Loaf

1 Loaf Italian bread
One half cup Pizza sauce
4 ounce Thinly cut or sliced up pepperoni or
salami
6 ounce Mozzerella cheese slices
Green pepper slices
Mushrooms, cut or sliced up
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Make 7 cuts 1 1/2" apart through the loaf,
leaving the bottom crust intact. Spoon 2 Tablespoons of sauce into each
slice. Tuck in 1 slice of meat and 2 slices of cheese. Also tuck in green
pepper and mushroom slices. Wrap stuffed loaf tightly in tin foil. Place on
baking sheet and bake 1520 minutes. Yield 4 servings
I got this recipe from a magazine but can't recall which one. This is a
favourite at our house especially on the weekends when we are so busy. I
can make this up ahead of time, like in the morning and then heat it for
