Recipe - Stuffed Pizza

One half pound Italian sausage
One half pound Ground chuck
3 1/3 cup Bisquick baking mixd
Three fourths cup Water
3 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Jar pizza sauce; (15 oz.)
Your favorite toppings
Directions : grease a rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2. cook and stir
sausage and ground chuck until brown. drain, set aside. combine baking mix
and water until dough forms. divide into 2 parts. one slightly larger. on
surface dusted with baking mix. roll larger portion of dough into rectangle
16 x 14. fold into thirds. place in dish. unfold. press on bottom and up
sides of dish. sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese, cover with Three fourths cup of the
pizza sauce. add meat mixture and other toppings. cover with 1 One half cups of
cheese. roll remaining dough into rectangle 13 x 9. fold into thirds. place
over cheese in dish. unfold. press bottom and top crust edges together to
seal. make small slits in top crust. spread with remaining pizza sauce and
cheese. bake 22 to 25 min. or until crust is golden.
