60 g Cottage cheese
One half cup Alfalfa sprouts
Chopped celery
Capsicum
Snow peas
Sprouts
Tomato
Beetroot
Cucumber
One half cup Pineapple juice with:
One half cup Mineral water
Here are a few light meals, high in fibre, ideal for lunches, from the
