Recipe - Stuffed Pepper Pie

3 Green bell peppers; halved
One fourth cup Chopped onion
1 cup Water
2 tablespoon Butter
1 1/3 cup Instant potato flakes
One fourth cup Milk
1 Egg; beaten
1 pound Sausage; cooked
1 cup Mozzarella; shredded
Boil peppers 15 minutes. Drain; arrange cut side up in a pie pan. Combine
onion, water and butter and bring to a boil. Stir in potato flakes, milk
and egg. Stir in sausage. Spoon into pie pan over peppers. Sprinkle with
cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 1520 minutes.
