Recipe - Stuffed Lychee

Ingredients:

2 cn (20 Oz.) whole seedless
lychee draine
8 ounce Cream cheese; softened
2 One half ounce Crystallized ginger; finely
chopped
Chopped macadamia nuts;
(garnish)

Combine cream cheese and ginger. Stuff mixture into lychee with small
spoon, butter knife or a pastry bag. Chill. Garnish and serve. Makes 3
dozen.
